RidgePages

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This policy explains how DB Ecom Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as RidgePages (“RidgePages”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information when you visit ridgepages.com, use the RidgePages app or plugin, or contact us through a project page we built for a roofing company.

Who this covers

  • Customers — roofing companies and their staff who use RidgePages.
  • Homeowners and visitors who send a question or estimate request from a project page on a roofer’s website. For those messages we act as a service provider to that roofing company: the roofer decides how to use your request, and their privacy policy applies to what they do with it.
  • Website visitors to ridgepages.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: business name, contact name, email, phone, website, service areas and similar profile information.
  • Job content: photos, job descriptions or voice dictation text, city and neighborhood, materials, and customer quotes you choose to add.
  • Photo location and time: your browser reads the GPS location and time from photos before upload. We store them privately to show your job map and to spot the same job sent twice. They are removed from the image files themselves and never published.
  • Website connection: the key or application password used to publish to your WordPress site, stored encrypted.
  • Homeowner messages: the question, and the name and phone number if the visitor provides them.
  • Billing: plan, billing status and invoices. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Waitlist and founder applications: the details you enter on ridgepages.com.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and logs needed to run, secure and debug the Service, and a sign-in cookie for the dashboard. We don’t use advertising cookies or ad trackers.

How we use it

  • To write, review and publish project pages and copy for you.
  • To send emails you need: previews, sign-in links, published-page notices, lead alerts and billing notices.
  • To deliver homeowner questions and estimate requests to the roofing company.
  • To bill you, prevent abuse, keep the Service secure and fix problems.
  • To improve RidgePages, using aggregated usage information.

We don’t sell personal information and don’t share it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, under contracts:

  • Vercel — hosting of the app and website.
  • Supabase — database and private photo storage.
  • Anthropic — AI that writes page text from your job details and photos. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
  • Resend — sending email.
  • Stripe — payments and invoices.

Your project pages are published on your own WordPress site and hosting, which follow your own host’s policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. After you close your account we delete your photos and job data within 90 days, except records we must keep for tax, billing or legal reasons. Pages already published on your website stay there — they’re yours. Homeowner messages are kept for the roofing company’s account and deleted with it.

Security

Photos are stored privately and shared only through short-lived links. Website keys are encrypted, sign-in uses one-time email links, and admin access needs a password plus an emailed code. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects it.

Where data is handled

We’re a US company and our providers store data mainly in the United States. Our team may access data from other countries to support you, using the same protections.

Your choices and rights

You can see and update most of your information in your dashboard. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing hello@ridgepages.com. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado or Virginia), you may have additional rights; we honor them and won’t treat you differently for using them. Homeowners can make these requests to the roofing company or to us, and we’ll pass them on.

Children

RidgePages is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and email customers before the change takes effect.
