RidgePages

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and DB Ecom Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as RidgePages (“RidgePages”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of ridgepages.com, the RidgePages app at app.ridgepages.com, the RidgePages Connector WordPress plugin and everything we do for you (together, the “Service”). By starting a free trial, submitting a job or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use RidgePages

RidgePages is for businesses, mainly roofing companies in the United States. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms on behalf of your business. When we say “you”, we mean that business.

2. What the Service does

You send us photos and details of jobs you finished. We use software, including AI, to write a project page and ready-to-post copy, and we place the page on your own WordPress website as a private draft. Nothing is published until you approve it. You can request changes before approving.

We work hard to make pages accurate, useful and good for search, but we don’t guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, leads or sales.

3. Your account and links

You get a private job link and sign in to your dashboard with one-time email links. Keep them private — anyone with your job link can send jobs to your account. Tell us right away at hello@ridgepages.com if you think a link or your email account has been misused.

4. Your content

  • You own your content. Your photos, job details and the pages published on your website are yours, and they stay on your site if you stop using RidgePages.
  • You give us permission to store, process, edit and publish your content only to provide the Service to you, and to show anonymized examples only with your written okay.
  • You confirm you have the right to use every photo and quote you send, and that homeowners agreed to their project being shown. Don’t send full street addresses, people’s faces without consent, or anything private.
  • You are responsible for what you approve. Read each page before approving it, especially prices, warranties, licenses and other claims about your business.

5. Fair use

Send real jobs you actually finished. Don’t use RidgePages for fake or copied jobs, spam, pages about other companies, or anything illegal or misleading. Plans include a set number of new pages; we also limit how many pages can be created in a short time to protect your site’s reputation with Google. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

6. Free trial, plans and billing

  • Your first 3 project pages are free and can be used within 30 days from the day your website is connected. No card is needed for the trial, and nothing is charged automatically.
  • Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Growth) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through our payment processor Stripe. Each plan includes a number of new project pages per rolling 30 days, shown on our pricing section and in your Billing page.
  • Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
  • Founder pricing stays at the same price for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, current prices apply.
  • We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes never apply to a period you already paid for.
  • Prices don’t include taxes. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout.

7. Winter pause

On an active monthly plan you can pause billing for 1, 2 or 3 months, once every 12 months. While paused you aren’t charged and can’t send new jobs; pages you already published stay live. Billing resumes automatically at the end of the pause, or earlier if you resume.

8. Cancelling and refunds

  • You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you can keep sending jobs until then.
  • Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires a refund. If we charged you by mistake, tell us within 30 days and we’ll refund the mistaken charge.
  • If a payment fails, we’ll retry it and email you. If it still can’t be collected, your plan ends and your account returns to the free tier. Your published pages are never removed because of a failed payment.

9. Your WordPress website

To publish, you install our plugin or give us access to your WordPress site. You remain responsible for your website, hosting, backups and security. We only create and update the project pages and media the Service makes. You can disconnect us at any time by removing the plugin key or the plugin.

10. Services we rely on

The Service uses third-party providers such as hosting, database, email, AI and payment companies, and it works with your WordPress host. We’re not responsible for their outages or for changes to Google or other search and AI services.

11. Suspension and ending the Service

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don’t pay, or put us or others at risk; where possible we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections 4, 8 and 12–15 continue after the Service ends.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-written text can contain mistakes — that’s why every page needs your approval.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You’ll defend and hold us harmless against claims by others that arise from content you sent or approved, or from your breach of these terms.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days by email. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
